Refund policy

If you wish to cancel an order there is a restocking fee of 5%.

 

For product not from a TCG such as supplies we accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the product as long as the product is still in original condition. Due to the nature of trading card games, we do not accept the return of those products.

If, however, there is damage to TCG product we will accept a return as long as the product does not get opened. Opening the product is considered an acceptance of the product despite the damage and no refund will be given. We will provide a return label for either USPS or UPS and will refund upon receipt and confirmation of returned product.

Damage accepted as a return is at our discretion and generally is required to be extreme beyond acceptable limits for resale.

Note: all return shipping is taken out of the refund unless a product gets damaged making it unusable. Cosmetic only damage or buyers remorse will require return shipping be paid for by the buyer where those returns are allowed by our rules.
