Cancellation policy

In-stock orders
If you placed an in-stock order and you wish to cancel the order please contact us. Cancellations will incur a restocking fee of 5%.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Pre-orders can be cancelled, but, will incur a restocking fee of 5% of the order total or if the pre-order was deposit-based the deposit will not be refunded and you will not get charged the remaining balance on release. All pre-orders have a guarantee of being fulfilled without being charged extra. In a rare case that we lower the price a refund for the difference will not be given.

In the rare case that we do not have enough stock due to supplier issues we will refund your order without a restocking fee. We generally do not list stock unless we know we will get the items we have listed, however, issues with product can happen that cause us to not have enough product that is sellable.
